The design for the 47-floor skyscraper, measuring 200 meters high was first presented January 19, 2006, with work starting in 2007. The building was originally scheduled for completion in 2009.
The economic crisis of 2008 put a stop to the building and as of today the building is yet to be completed. Various experts suggest the building is around 95% complete.
