The Spanish airline Iberia has cancelled around 400 flights for next Monday and Tuesday as a result of the strikes planned by cabin crew. The cancelled flights are mainly flights from Madrid to Andalucia, Valencia, Pais Basco, Asturias, Galicia and Barcelona.
The Spanish airline has posted the announcement on its website.
The press release also includes instructions for Iberia customers with tickets for these affected flights.
Other affected routes includes flights from Madrid to the main European destinations, including Lisbon, Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
Iberia is in ongoing talks with unions to negotiate cost cutting measures it has been forced to take in order to battle a collapse in revenues and demand.
