The president of the ministry of Justice has announced that the new “bouncer” regulations which were approved before the end of last year, contemplate an exam of two tests for those individuals that wish to obtain a licence as a bouncer. The measure enters into effect on the 5th April and failure to obtain the license will risk their employers facing a 5,000 euro fine.
The requirements to be able to apply are:
– Minimum 18 years of age
– Valid work permit
– Valid residency permit (in case of coming from outside the EU or those that have it, Spanish ID)
– No criminal records
The documentation will need to be presented with a payment of 60 euros. The actual exam will consist of two parts: a theoretical test with 50 questions and a psychotechnical test to evaluate the psychological situation of the bouncers.
