The telecommunications sector has received over 1 million complaints since the sector was privatized in 1997.
I am sure many of you have experienced endless headaches with companies like Telefonica, Yoigo, Vodafone, amongst many others. According to a recent study by CEACCU (The Spanish Federation of housewives, consumers and users) the telecommunications sector has received 17% of all complaints. The complaints received annualy have multiplied by seven in ten years. Last year alone, the sector received over 200,000 complaints.
