The big Siberian cold which has covered nearly the whole of Europe, has finally hit the province of Malaga, bringing with it one of the coldest nights of the winter. The cold weather is expected to stay until at least Sunday.

Spain’s Weather Agency (AEMET) has activated the yellow alert for cold temperatures which will reach up to -4ºC inland both Friday night and Saturday night.

Antequera, Ronda and parts of Axarquia will experience minus temperatures, while the temperature in Malaga capital is expected to drop to 0ºC. Along the Costa, the minimum temperatures are expected to be around 3ºC with a maximum of 7ºC.
