17-year old celebrity teen Miley Cyrus has been spotted drinking beer in a nightclub in Madrid last week.
The celebrity performed at the 2010 MTV EMAs in Madrid on Sunday evening. Miley Cyrus will turn 18 November 23rd.
Authorities in Spain confirmed to TMZ “that even though their legal drinking age is 18, underage drinking is simply no big deal for them.”
